Tayside Healthcare Arts Trust is a small but dynamic charity that has developed a significant role in the delivery of Creative Engagement opportunities (art programmes of different types and duration) for people with Long Term Conditions across the geography of Tayside.
THAT is recognised for its work by NHS Tayside and the three Health and Social Care Partnerships in Dundee, Angus and Perth & Kinross. THAT also supports NHS Tayside enquiries for other integrated arts opportunities from temporary exhibitions through to permanent environmental enhancement projects.
This post provides the opportunity to lead a passionate and experienced staff team in the development and management of the charity’s work, both creative and administrative. The post is part of the strategic development of the charity and is seen as a key contribution to the sustainability of the workload THAT delivers. This includes the recurring Creative Engagement budget which is funded through of NHS Tayside and Dundee Health & Social Care Partnership.
The successful candidate will lead the day to day work of the Trust, and will manage two staff members, the Development Officer and the Projects Management Assistant.
The post is a THAT appointment and is therefore not an NHS Tayside post but is administered through the NHS Tayside Payroll system.
Hours of work are: 30hrs p/week (4 x 7.5hr days Mon - Thurs)
