Hays are working with a growing group who pride themselves on theirmitment to accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with their suppliers to appoint a Purchase Ledger Coordinator.In this role, you will oversee two separate purchase ledgers, ensuring timely processing of purchase invoices and accurate supplier account management. Collaborating with internal teams, you’ll verify goods received, reconcile accounts, and maintain meticulous records. Your attention to detail and ability to manage outstanding liabilities will be crucial.We’re looking for candidates with proven experience in purchase ledger management. Strong organisational skills, effectivemunication, and proficiency in accounting are essential. As a team player, you’ll contribute to maintaining positive supplier relationships.You will be working 8:30/9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday and the salary range is in the region of £24,000 - £26,000.
