Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator required to join a leading engineering supplier.
Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator shall be responsible to plan and schedule the Service Engineers work, provide service support on various pump products and liaise with customers plus the engineering team. Full product training provided.
The successful Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator will ideally have experience working in a coordinator, scheduling, or similar customer service role in engineering.

Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator role
Coordinate the work, assignments, and scheduling of the Service Engineers and profitability of the Service Department.
Contacting customers over the phone to book work and plan for engineers.
Assist in generating quotes for Pumps service repairs/maintenance agreements.
Raising PO’s and Invoicing.
Responsible for chasing spare parts orders, approving supplier invoices, booking goods in.
Manage on call rotas and coordinating annual leave for the Engineering team.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator Requirements
Good IT skills and experience in Excel & Outlook.
Experience working in a coordinator, scheduling, or customer service role in an engineering environment.
The ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
Proven experience as a Service Coordinator / Sales Coordinator/ Service & Sales Coordinator / Technical Engineer / Sales Administrator / Inventory Controller or similar.
Experience using Oracle, simPRO ,SAP or similar systems would be advantageous.
Commutable to the office in Camberley
