We are looking for a creative andexperienced Assistant Manager to work in our busy pubrestaurantin heart of Oakham, Rutland. The ideal candidate for Assistant Manager, would be an individual who can lead the Front ofHouse team in theabsence of the Manager. The Assistant Manger, would bring new ideas to the table and support the whole team in progressing the businessfurther.

We currently have two prime locations, and will be expanding our family further. As we will be opening new establishments in 2023/2024 and beyond.Our company is for someone who is looking to progress within the hospitality industry.

What we offer;
30 to 32k per annum depending on experience paid weekly plus tips.
Financial wellbeing support (moving cost etc...) paid back through salary.

What we are looking for in our assistant manager;
A creative individual who is used to working in a busy restaurant.
Experience as an assistant manager.
Experience with the Epos till system orsimilar till systems
Fresh Ideas to drive the business forward.
Experience with cash ups and closes.
A keen eye for detail, never compromising on standards and encouraging others to do the same.
Flexible working hours.
Personal licence holder.
Able to create a positive working environment.
