Job Description
Jifmar Scotland is the Scottish subsidiary of the Jifmar Group. This subsidiary was born from the merger of two well known Scottish companies; North West Marine and Delta Marine.
Based in Oban, the company was founded in the late 80’s as a marine and workboat contractor specialising in aquaculture and diving.
Delta Marine was founded in 1985, in Shetland. Since then, it has been renowned for providing safe, modern, high specification, manoeuvrable anchor handling tugs and workboats.
Jifmar Scotland combines the joint knowledge and expertise of these two well established scottish companies, providing a wide range of marine and subsea services to the UK market and surrounding areas.
The strength of Jifmar Scotland is the retention of local identity and presence, knowledge of local markets, whilst also having access to Jifmar Group’s wider international fleet, resources and expertise.You will working within the Diving Team providing administrative support to assist with ensuring the smooth operation of the team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Main missions :
* Manage the schedules of dive team members (timetables, holidays, overtime, etc.)
* Process the registration of vehicles for each team
* Draw up order forms for sub-contractors every 15 days
* Check the training register
* Request diving certificates and medical examinations and add them to a file
* Send regular emails to confirm bookings for the coming week and to check availability for the following week
* Create an invoice template with payment dates and contact form
* Add the contact form details to the system as a new supplier
* Create a new contact in our software for new customers
* Manage/update mooring database
* Create relevant dive days on our software and add individual moorings.
