This Accounts Assistant position will offer the successful candidates the opportunity to get in to the finance industry, and gain exposure to finance duties and functions at all levels. Job Description
3. Processing financial transactions
4. Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
5. Support in the preparation of monthly/quarterly annual financial statements.
6. Ensure receipts and payments are coded and posted to correct ledgers
7. Completely weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
8. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
9. Develop an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
10. A degree in finance, accounting or relevant field.
11. Have a strong interest in getting in to finance and accounts
12. Strong ethics, with a customer-oriented attitude.
13. Outstanding communication skills,
14. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
15. An ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
