My client is a leader in the Marketing/CRM Technology and Data consultancy/agency world and have won multiple new client wins in recent months for the implementation of Marketing Automation and/or CDP's. As such they have created a new role for a Resource Manager. Please see the below:
Role Overview:
As a Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the optimal deployment of a talented team of 30+ professionals, ensuring each project is staffed with the right skill sets and expertise. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that requires a solid understanding of MarTech tools and strategies, coupled with excellent organizational and people-management skills. You’ll be the first point of contact for resourcing, SLAs, and escalations, making strategic resourcing decisions to balance client demands, company objectives, and individual career development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Team Resourcing: Efficiently manage and allocate resources across multiple projects, based on team members' skills, experience, and MarTech expertise.
· Project Matching: Thoughtfully match team members with projects that align with their strengths, promoting effective and high-quality project delivery.
· Utilization and Chargeability: Monitor and optimize utilization and chargeability, ensuring resources are effectively utilized and projects stay within scope.
· Resourcing Tools: Utilize resourcing tools to track availability, project progress, and resourcing forecasts, continuously updating for accuracy and efficiency.
· SLA Management: Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, acting as the primary contact for escalations and troubleshooting as needed.
· Growth and Support: Actively support the progression and development of team members, identifying opportunities for skills development and role advancement.
· Client, Company, and Individual Balance: Maintain a balanced approach to resource allocation, considering client needs, company goals, and individual career aspirations.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in resource management, ideally within a fast-paced digital, data, or technology marketing environment.
* Strong working knowledge of MarTech platforms like Braze, Adobe, Optimove, and Bloomreach, understanding their unique requirements and skillsets.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.
* Experience with resourcing tools and techniques, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders.
* Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
The role pays between £50-75,000 basic salary plus bonus and benefits. They are based in Central London and run a hybrid model of 3 days in the office.
