Wealthify – HR Assistant Welcome to Wealthify: an ambitious, multi-award-winning, online saving and investing service. You will work within the People Team providing administrative support across the business as well as providing support onsite to colleagues in the office. This a hybrid role with the expectation of two days minimum per week on site in the office.
Recruitment:
Assisting in the recruitment process and coordinating with candidates.
Employee Records Management:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job titles, compensation, and performance evaluations.
Ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Training and Development:
~ Supporting the administration of learning and development for colleagues, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and maintaining training records.
Managing office supplies and maintaining office equipment.

You must also be highly organised with a keen interest in people, planning, and an ability to multi-task.
We're a high-tech company, so good technical skills are essential (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) 1 + HR experience.
