What are you going to do? • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and implementing changes throughout the chain; • Organizing internal training courses and transferring knowledge about HACCP and other relevant topics to employees; • Managing quality employees; • Collaborate with operational teams to identify and implement areas for improvement; • Safeguarding assortment and supplier changes; • Managing supplier relationships and conducting audits to ensure quality; • Maintaining relationships with customers/stakeholders; • Coordinating audits by customers/stakeholders; • Managing contracts and relationships with customers/stakeholders; • Design and improvement of manuals and operational resources; • Participate in tender processes for suppliers.
