Building Surveyor - new opportunity with a multi disciplinary consultancy in the west midlands.
We're looking for a Building Surveyor to join the Building Consultancy team of a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy. For this role we are looking for a Building Surveyor with at least 2-3 years experience in Building Surveying, ideally from a consultancy / private practice background. Strong communication skills are essential as this is a client facing role. A degree in Building Surveying is required.
You will work closely with the team on a wide range of projects which include Education, industrial and commercial schemes with contract values up to around £5 million, working for interesting clients including motor manufacturers, aerospace manufacturers, Schools / Universities, contractors and developers etc. Whilst the role will ultimately include all aspects of building surveying there is more of a bias towards project work / contract administration.
