Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead their UK team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a track record of success in the telecommunications industry, with connections and relationships across major telco providers. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing a high-performing sales team as well as leading the UK business from an operational standpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Leadership:
o Lead and inspire a team of talented sales professionals.
o Set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
o Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics.
o Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
* Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

* Market Analysis:
o Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
