About the role Are you looking for a rewarding role that contributes directly to the success of a thriving university? We're seeking a CRM Support Officer to join our experienced and successful CRM delivery team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in implementing our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM system, designed to streamline student recruitment efforts and communication across the university. You'll collaborate with colleagues in Digital Services, Admissions, Recruitment, Marketing, and Communications to ensure a smooth transition and maximize the system's benefits.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with system operation, data analysis, and administrative tasks to maintain accurate records and content within D365;
2. Supporting the launch and management of CRM campaigns focused on increasing student recruitment conversions;
3. Contributing to the rollout of new D365 functionalities for External Relations colleagues;
4. Testing and providing feedback on new CRM features to ensure optimal performance.
We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in CRM principles, excellent analytical and organisational skills, and a passion for contributing to the success of educational institutions. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial. About you Are you a CRM enthusiast with a keen eye for detail?
