About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Account Coordinator to join our ecommerce team at Julian Bowen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting several of our ecommerce retailers, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our ecommerce retailers, providing timely and effective support to ensure their needs are met.
* Collaborate closely with the product development and marketing teams to ensure high-quality outputs that meet each retailer's requirements.
* Analyze sales performance and proactively address potential negative trends to optimize sales potential.
* Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
* Review and optimize online content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
* Proven experience working with online retailers and a strong understanding of ecommerce principles.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Confident use of MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with data analysis and KPI reporting.
Working Conditions
