Our client, a well-established organisation in the brewing supplies industry, is seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join their dynamic team. This is an on-going position, offering an hourly rate of £13.00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring on-time delivery and data accuracy.
- Customer Communication: Respond promptly via phone, email, and other channels to provide excellent customer support.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with professionalism, investigating and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordination with Sales and Warehouses: Collaborate with internal and external sales teams, as well as warehouses across the UK and Europe, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and resolve logistical challenges.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer service records, complying with company policies.
- Meeting KPIs/CSI Targets: Contribute to overall team success by meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators and Customer Satisfaction Index targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a sales or logistics environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and record keeping.
Ability to handle complaints professionally and work towards positive resolutions.
Familiarity with customer service software and order processing systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced setting.
