What You'll Do:
Build and Lead the ARP: Develop the provision from the ground up, with full backing from an experienced Inclusion team.
Support Staff Across the School: Guide and train colleagues to adapt teaching strategies for a wide range of SEND needs, including autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Down Syndrome, and Global Development Delay.
Create Inclusive Learning Environments: Design and implement personalised curricula to meet the unique needs of pupils, especially those with autism.
Collaborate and Innovate: Work with school staff and external specialists to ensure the ARP becomes a beacon of excellence in SEND education.
