About the Role:
We are seeking an Activities Coordinator to join our care home team. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to devise imaginative, fun, and motivational activities that cater to every interest and ability.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement tailored activities programmes focused on maximising everyone's wellbeing, independence, and social engagement
* Get to know our residents and their families to create meaningful connections and experiences
* Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless delivery of activities within the home and local community
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should be warm, empathetic, and personable, with excellent organisational skills and a driven mindset. While similar experience is desirable, we offer comprehensive training to help you develop your skills and progress your career with us.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
