The Home Manager role involves:
Leading and managing the staff team to provide high-standard care.
Developing and maintaining the home's Statement of Purpose.
Collaborating with the Responsible Individual and Senior Management Team.
Ensuring a safe, caring environment that meets each child's individual needs.
Upholding children's rights to privacy, independence, and choice.
Working closely with healthcare professionals for on-site medical support.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home.
