The production manager will be accountable for leading the Operations Team to achieve the profit and performance targets set by the business. Drive continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness, quality, consistency, and efficiencies through the development of people, processes, and systems while enhancing the group mission, vision, and values. This role requires senior leadership qualities to ensure that all manufacturing aspects are met through the individual unit and cross-functional support within the peer group.
Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:
* Senior leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Food processing knowledge and experience.
* Food Hygiene qualification.
* Experience of budget control and financial awareness.
* Demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to manage staff to deliver results.
* Self-motivated and highly results-oriented.
* Ability to act independently and work under pressure.
* 3rd level educational qualification is desirable.
* Experience in chilled/frozen food manufacturing is desirable.
* Proven track record of achievement in continuous improvement is desirable.
* NEBOSH/IOSH qualification is desirable.
