Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Office Manager at Design Haus Site Services Ltd in London. The Finance Office Manager will be responsible for financial statements, analytical skills, finance, financial reporting, and accounting tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities
• Financial responsibilities
Paying/issuing invoices
Bookkeeping
Preparing submissions - Good knowledge of CIS and other matters (including sending out CIS statements to all subcontractors)
Raising purchase orders
Maintaining financial records – Good working knowledge of Sage & Excel
Internal controls development
Regular Project cost reports to senior management
Reconciliation of all bank accounts including credit card statements
Preparation and submission of company payroll on a fortnightly and monthly basis.
Regular project cost reports to senior management and preparation of fortnightly subcontractor labour spreadsheets which will also need to be project costed on excel.
Preparation and submission of monthly VAT and reverse charge VAT
Submission of monthly EPS
Letting senior management know of any monthly PAYE/CIS liabilities
Managing and processing expenses
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and diplomacy
Yearly Confirmation Statement submission to Companies House.
AAT part/fully qualified (desirable)

Stocktaking and managing office and site supplies
Onboarding new staff members
Document control
Organise travel and accommodation for staff as necessary
Maintaining IMS system
Reviewing supplier contracts
Office health and safety
Planning employee events/client events
Social media management
Point of contact for building/office management/landlords
General administrative support to senior management and the company including managingcompany office email and telephone and dealing with all correspondence
Communicating with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
Adhoc assignments as required
