As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring top-tier service to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities, engage in client outreach, cross-sell services, and expand our network.
* Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
* Interviewing and Screening: Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and ensure alignment with client needs and company standards.
* Compliance and Documentation: Oversee all necessary compliance checks and ensure thorough documentation to meet legal and industry requirements.
* Client Visits and Networking: Meet with clients to build rapport, discuss needs, and establish a strong presence in the market.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the resourcing team and other consultants to ensure a smooth recruitment process and exceptional client service.
