Salary: £30k DOE Responsibilities Product Listing Management: Create, optimize, and maintain product listings on Amazon, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and aligned with Amazon’s best practices. Data Accuracy: Ensure data integrity and consistency across all product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and specifications. Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to enhance product visibility and optimise listings for search performance. Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to monitor stock levels, manage product availability, and avoid stockouts. Category Management: Assist in managing product categorization and ensuring compliance with Amazon's category guidelines. Performance Analysis: Analyse catalogue performance metrics and sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. Content Creation: Develop compelling product descriptions and promotional content that drive customer engagement and conversions. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor listings, and customer feedback to inform catalogue strategies and improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to align catalogue strategies with overall business objectives. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements in catalogue management and contribute to the development of best practices. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce, specifically with Amazon catalogue management or related roles. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, including an understanding of product listing guidelines and optimisation techniques. Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and metrics, with experience in using tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in product listings and data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling product descriptions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
