We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter / RPO Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving Paragon’s talent acquisition strategy and supporting the recruitment of top talent across various business functions. You will work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process is smooth, effective, and aligned with the company's goals.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment processes, be results-driven, and possess the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to meet hiring needs. You’ll be involved in everything from sourcing candidates to managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, and will play an essential role in ensuring our hiring strategy is executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across the business, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring objectives and attract top talent.
* Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
* Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and internal/external referrals.
* Conduct screening calls, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability.
* Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional recruitment process.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal teams to understand recruitment requirements and advise on best practices.
* Collaborate with HR and senior management to ensure alignment between recruitment goals and business strategy.
* Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and interview techniques.
Process Improvement
* Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Leverage technology and data to track recruitment metrics and improve decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with relevant policies, legal requirements, and best practices throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Pipelining and Employer Branding
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Promote the company’s culture and employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
* Engage in proactive outreach and networking to establish relationships with top-tier talent.
Reporting and Analytics
* Track and report on recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
* Provide regular updates to hiring managers and SLT’s on recruitment progress and outcomes.
* Identify areas for improvement based on recruitment metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in an in-house or RPO setting.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, interview techniques, and talent attraction strategies.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Technology: Proficient in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a plus.
* Analytical: Strong ability to analyse recruitment data and make data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
* Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proactive: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
