Our client is a well regarded national housebuilder, looking to onboard a PA to provide comprehensive support to four directors overseeing Technical, Commercial, Build, and Operations.
Responsibilities include managing their diaries, ensuring schedules are well-coordinated, and assisting with the preparation of board reports and meeting minutes. The role also requires managing administrative tasks such as ordering PPE, maintaining training records for site-based staff, and ensuring these are kept up to date. As part of a rota, the role includes assisting with reception duties, handling calls, and greeting visitors.
