Job Description
We are working with a client in the BN12 area of West Sussex who are recruiting for a Project Support Coordinator
This position will be working as part of a small team, where you will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations.
The job role of Project Support Coordinator will include the following duties:
1. Producing and sending project specific documentation out to customers.
2. Liaising with customers to ensure project pre-requisites are in place for start of project
3. Ensuring documentation is returned from customers in advance of the projects starting
4. Document Creation and Management
5. Invoicing
6. Approving Consultants’ Expenses
7. Travel and Accommodation Bookings
8. Management of consultant schedules
9. General office admin
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and qualities:
10. At least one year of experience in a project support or office administration role
11. Excellent customer-facing skills over both email and telephone
12. Experienced in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
13. Strong skills in producing professional and well-structured documentation
14. Excellent time management skills
15. Strong ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at one time
16. Ability to work as part of a small team but also be self-motivated to complete tasks on their own.
Package:
Basic Salary £18,000 – £20,000 (depending on experience)
Possibility of Flexible / home-working (after qualifying period)
