Job Title:
Business and HR Administrator
Full time 37.5 hours per week. Will consider part time or job share.
Location:
Buckerell, Nr. Honiton plus option for hybrid/working from home.
Reporting Relationships:
Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor and Director
Job Purpose:
Helping us support our 80 clients across the Southwest, Wales and Southern England.
Role will involve training on our administration and accounts systems, web-based and email marketing, employment documents and HR practice, Breathe HR, the digital management system.

The company provides a comprehensive range of HR and employment support to its clients and utilises a range of software and business systems to drive efficiency.
This role will provide experience and training in all aspects of business administration, accounts and digital and face to face marketing. There is the potential to be trained to deal with HR queries.
Perspective HR also offers training on employment and leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
Call handling from clients.
Managing the client relationship in terms of systems, billing etc.
Supporting HR clients with the production of employment documents.
Referring queries to our team of advisors (this role to develop following training).
Liaison with employment lawyers and associate advisors.
Upkeep of customer CRM function.
Managing website and email marketing system.
Management and promotion of the Breathe HR management system.
Use of Xero accounts package, creating invoices and credit control function.
Attending networking events to represent the company.
Organisation and promotion of HR and Leadership training courses and events.
Person Specification
Education:
Study to A Level, high standard of maths and English.
Qualifications:
Business Admin or HR admin desirable – not essential, we will train you.
Experience:
Ideally business admin/customer service role. Experience of HR processes is an advantage.
