As a pivotal member of the Workforce Management (WFM) team, the Workforce Insight Analyst plays a crucial role in our dynamic, people-centric family business.
In this role, you will be encouraged to infuse innovation and fresh perspectives into various aspects of retail, workforce, HR, and financial insight reporting. Initially, you will focus on providing descriptive and diagnostic insights. As you become more established, you will progress to delivering predictive and prescriptive foresights, concentrating on three key areas: colleague, customer, and cost.
