The Swan at Walton-on-Thames needs a new kitchen porters to help our business move forward and support our chef team as we develop our latest fresh cooked menus and gastro treats.
It's a tough job, never ending pots to wash, pans, trays, and everything else that is used to make a food business work so well. The whole kitchen requires a detailed a careful cleaning program following, every inch of the kitchen, food storage and catering equipment must be spotless everyday, including walk-in fridge, chest freezers, ceiling, walls, floors and doors.
The job includes managing grease traps, bins yard cleaning, deep cleaning of equipment and all catering areas.
The job is spread over 5 from 7 days and includes day time, evening and sometime shifts of 10 hours, including break.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, diuscussed face to face and depending on experiance, and weekly pay direct into the bank.
If you choose to you will be able to join our development courses and begin progressing your career as you are trained to become a commie chef, CDP, sous chef etc.
