Marketing Manager
Bedwas. Caerphilly (Fully office based)
FTC – Up to 12 months – Covering maternity (Chance of being made permanent for the right candidate)
Hours – 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Salary - £40k - £45k DOE
Our expanding, reputable client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team to cover a maternity leave for Up to 12 months. There is a chance of this role going permanent for the right candidate and depending on business needs.

Essential
•A wealth of experience working in a senior marketing position
•Experience of managing a team
•Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
•Proven track record in launching new products effectively in line with sales forecast volumes.
•Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends and data
•Highly organised
•Excellent attention to detail
Responsibilities
Provide insightful KPI reports into the Managing Director.
Lead the coordination and execution of all marketing plans in accordance with the overall business strategy.
Build additional plans where necessary in response to market demands.
Work closely with Head of Sales to develop commercial, innovative sales and marketing strategies to continuously aim for that market leader position in the UK Fire Trade.
Collaborate with the Management Team on market updates as well as wider operational activities.
Focus on growing audiences and the uptake for products and services
Conception, development and implementation of, product concepts, launch strategies and promotional programmes to drive interest and sales.
Budget-management skills and proficiency
Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
Organise and manage promotional events such as trade shows right from concept to delivery.
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Working to continuously ensure the company marketing goals are communicated across the entire organisation and improving the company’s marketing outreach efforts.
Efficiently managing annual marketing budgets
