Job Overview
The Design Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the design and construction process at Modulek. This position involves developing and maintaining comprehensive design plans, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed design plans and specifications for modular building projects.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between design requirements and project objectives.
* Manage and coordinate the work of external designers and contractors to deliver projects efficiently.
* Analyze and resolve design-related issues, minimizing delays and costs.
