Provide general administrative support to the Littlehampton site as requested by the Senior Engineering Director (Site Lead).
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
General administration tasks to include:
1. Organising meetings both internally & externally across different time zones.
2. Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences and project team activities, taking minutes of meetings as required.
3. Organising on-site lunches/assist with events.
4. Booking flights, hotels & taxis & making restaurant reservations.
5. Assist with expenses if required.
6. Photocopying & filing.
7. Provide day–to-day support to the rest of the team, as agreed with the Senior Engineering Director ( Site Lead).
8. Updating the phone list on a monthly basis & circulating.
9. Other administrative processes as required.

10. Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised with a collaborative approach & the ability to work with a variety of different teams when required.
