We are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our compassionate team at a small, high needs primary school specializing in supporting young children with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to nurturing vulnerable young learners and creating a secure, trusting learning environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored, one-on-one and group support to primary-aged pupils with additional needs.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to implement individual learning and support plans.
* Adapt your approach to support the emotional, social, and academic development of each child.
* Build meaningful relationships rooted in trust, encouragement, and understanding.
Qualifications:
* Experience working with primary-aged children with SEN in an educational setting.
