We are seeking an Office Manager to join our client in Milton Keynes.
This Office Manager will be an intergral part of the team in Milton Keynes, providing support throughout the business.
As Office Manager you will:
Manage the reception area to include coordination and administration for all visitors
Respond to emails and calls across the companies platforms
Undertake all administration duties to include:
Courier Logistics
Order Stationery and office supplies
Raising PO Numbers, keeping costs in line with company expectations
Provide support to the MDs, to include travel arrangements, visas, insurance and put documentation together
Manage Petty Cash and manage expeses and the company credit cards
Check and approve invoicesOur client is looking for an Office Manager:
Excellent Microsoft skills, to include Word,. Excel and PowerPoint
Experience at Director level
Experience in arranging travel and all documents required
Planning and Organisation skills to manage projects/events
Calm and works well under pressure
Ability to think outside of the box and resolve any issues
Strong understanding of GDPR
Excellent communications skills, both written and oral This role is offering
40 hours weeks, Monday to Friday
Salary between £35,000 an £37,000 per annum
