Interim Reward Analyst

In this role, you will support the HR function with the heavy data lifting and analysis in relation to the cyclical reward activity; pay review, bonus calculations and cost analysis for benefits provisions.
You will work with large data sets and complex spreadsheets so you can expect to spend a large portion of time manipulating data and creating bespoke reports, followed up with summary analysis and recommendations.
This role will conclude by Q2 2025.
Who are we looking for?
You’ll work closely with the HR Director so, while direct reward or HR experience would be helpful, you will have the guidance and direction of a reward savvy lead if you don’t. Strong Excel, data and analytics experience is essential and you may even have a analytical experience in more of a finance/ accounting space.
