Job Description
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Client Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities. You will work closely with the recruitment team to align client needs with staffing solutions, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Sales Development:
* Develop and execute sales presentations for potential clients, tailored to their specific needs.
* Create and present customised proposals for staffing services to address prospective clients’ requirements.
* Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
* Identify and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organisations to build lasting relationships.
* Generate leads and follow through with effective sales processes to convert them into long-term clients.
* Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients to discuss staffing needs and propose solutions.
* Actively engage with clients, take detailed briefings, and provide feedback to ensure alignment with their expectations.
