Job Description
An experienced Early Years Professional is being sought to support and develop and Best Practice, Training, Curriculum and support the Quality of the provision across our Nurseries throughout Scotland, as the Regional Quality and Curriculum Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of provision within our Nurseries, ensuring development and delivery of the Curriculum for Excellence, leading our pedagogical approach across all our settings.
Developing and delivering training to support best practitioner as well as monitoring the development plans in each setting. Other duties will be Company SENCO, supporting additional needs and all implementation of inclusion and best practice.
Working alongside the senior team, based on a 40 hr working week salary is up to £50k depending on experience plus £5k car allowance.

Requirements
Ideally, you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent
Have at least 6 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years' experience of running a day Nursery, leading and supporting teams
Have at least 1 years' experience of Multi-Site Support in delivery Quality and Best Practice
Experience of Care Inspections, Internal and external audits
Sound knowledge of the latest Curriculum for Excellence framework and regulations
Can develop, deliver and support training through the nurseries
Develop resources and activities to support the delivery of learning for all staff
Support Quality Assurance
Work alongside the Safety and Operational teams in supporting each setting to achieve best outcomes
Clean Driving Licence

Requirements
