As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and operational support on behalf of our client's logistics customers.
Main responsibilities include handling customer queries, processing orders, scheduling stock, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
* Respond to telephone and email queries in a professional and timely manner, addressing customer concerns related to stock issues and availability.
* Process orders accurately within our client's Warehouse Management System.
* Provide customers with information regarding the full range of products.
* Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate tasks effectively.
* Schedule stock from suppliers and confirm receipt.
* Confirm despatch details for outgoing stock.
* Coordinate pick requirements and despatch information for customer orders.
* Arrange replacement products for customers when necessary.
* Offer advice and recommendations based on customers' unique situations.
* Assist colleagues in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Provide scheduling and planning information for rework requests.
* Assist with the production of delivery paperwork and product labelling requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong communication skills, with a courteous and professional telephone manner.
* Good customer awareness and the ability to address customer inquiries effectively.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage time proficiently.
* Basic IT skills, including experience with MS Office suite (preferred).
* Previous experience in a warehousing environment (preferred).
* Flexibility in adapting to a dynamic work environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Demonstrate trust, honesty, openness, and respect in all professional interactions.
* Understanding and commitment to the company culture and ethos.
