As a Customer Experience Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Performing qualitative and quantitative research, creating dashboards and reporting back to senior leadership on the performance of key metrics
* Brief, scope and create documentation on projects
* Ensure end to end collaboration is seamless
* General exploration and innovation - market research, what are competitors doing?
Your Skills And Experience
* Experience with Google Analytics is needed
* Experience with any data visualisation tool
* Must have qualitative and quantitative research experience
* Ability to handle multiple projects at once
