Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30-5pm (2 days from home)
Salary: up to £25k + commission
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to take initiative, and possesses a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional resilience, with the ability to handle high volumes of work efficiently.
You will be managing recruitment processes with existing and new candidates, handling communications via phone and email with professionalism and precision, and staying organised and proactive in supporting your Principal and Senior Perms Sales Consultants.

The Chichester branch is truly exceptional, thanks to the incredible teamwork and dedication of its members. Led by Joanna, the inspiring Branch Manager, this team is the backbone of the success. Georgina and Jodie spearhead the Perm desk with expertise and passion, while Amelia and Sam drive the Temps desk with unmatched energy, supported by their diligent Recruitment Administrator, Olivia.

What you'll be doing
* Supporting a Perms desk with candidate and client communications and dealing with queries from clients and candidates.
* Administrative compliance; carrying out pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation.
* Supporting the recruitment of a pool of office professionals through advertising, social media, LinkedIn, and job boards to ensure we always have the Top Talent in the area ready to place into permanent roles.
* Receiving and reviewing applications; conducting the initial screening when dealing with new candidates, followed by registering the candidate to match the roles they are looking for.
* Responsible for giving the utmost candidate care.
* Being a champion of marketing – giving briefs to the team on what’s being covered and even creating your own marketing content to attract top candidates.
* Incredibly fast-paced and diverse, it will keep you on your toes and no two days will be the same.
The training
* 121 training with the Manager and Perms Consultants.
* Specific training plan by our fantastic Learning & Development department.
* Buddying up with other Candidate Consultants in the company.
* Quarterly training with Senior Business and Area Managers.
About you
We don’t need you to have prior recruitment experience, but we are wanting someone who has the drive to see tenure in their role, learn the inner workings of the branch, and see the rewards!

* You’ll be a strong communicator (both verbal and written) & will be happy to speak to clients and candidates on the phone, via video link, and face to face.
* You’ll have excellent attention to detail for important administrative/compliance tasks.
