You should have:Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak to stakeholders at all levelsExperience in a C# software development roleStrong knowledge of the software development lifecycleProficiency in C# .NET and Microsoft Visual StudioA degree in a computer science related discipline, Microsoft Certified Professional Developer qualification, or equivalent experienceExperience with acceptance testing, lean/agile development techniques, and knowledge of MS SQL, MS Access, MySQL, Java, HTML/XHTML, XML, or Web Services would be advantageous.
