A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Mortgage Advice Team. We are looking for a qualified Mortgage Adviser to join our Mortgage Advice team at Newcastle Building Society. Reporting to the Mortgage Advice Manager, you will have support from members of our experienced team throughout your journey. You will be the face of the Society and first point of contact for customers seeking mortgage advice either by telephone, video or face-to-face. You will be comfortable in having engaging conversations with our customers and really understand what is important to them. You will be able to provide tailored solutions on a number of different mortgage types and be able to provide education to our customers on protecting their homes and families.

Our opening hours are 9am-8pm Monday to Friday & 9am-3pm Saturdays and you will have a 35 hour working week.
About You
You’ll need to be great with people through all channels; face to face, telephone and digital. You’ll have experience that demonstrates your attention to detail and accuracy whilst focusing on customers. You’ll have clear and concise written and spoken communications skills and you’ll be someone who can think outside the box. For this opportunity, you will be comfortable working independently whilst having support every step of the way. Being CeMAP qualified or equivalent is essential for the role.
