We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional to become appointed as a Recruitment Consultant.
Located at our offices in GLASGOW, the role would expect you to develop a client and candidate database in a targeted geographical area throughout the North East and surrounding areas.
Whilst exceeding sales targets and KPI's, additional support will be required servicing the already established and successful temp plan.

Key Duties:
- Full 360 Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into the Manufacturing and Distribution markets
- Business development, conducting sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business
- Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets
- Arranging meetings with new and existing clients (online & face to face)- Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
- Account management
- Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
- Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards and social platforms
- Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks
- Matching workers to vacancies
- Working hours are 08.30-17.00 Monday - Friday
- Rotating on call duties required
