We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's Procurement team.
In this key role, you will support the efficient acquisition of products, to meet project deadlines and meet SLAs.
Responsibilities:
Generate and enter purchase orders to the system
Communicate purchase orders to relevant suppliers and ensure timely follow-up
Share survey details with engineers
Address and resolve delivery issues from operatives
Prepare and manage documentation for Goods Returns
Coordinate with suppliers to follow up on quotes and resolve purchase invoice discrepancies
Assist in maintaining the database to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
Collaborate with the Stores and Procurement Manager to conduct and document regular stock checksWhat we are looking for:
Previous experience in an Administrative role is essential, previous Buying, Procurement or Sales Admin experience would be advantageous
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised
Ability to work a fast pace, to deadlines
