RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage design projects to meet specifications and budget requirements
- Collaborate with Sales to align technical requirements and capabilities
- Support Production with technical input to enhance manufacturing and testing efficiency
- Ensure design compliance with company standards, customer specifications and legislation
- Generate and approve system-level block diagrams, schematics, and PCB layouts
- Conduct simulations, component analysis, and data pack generation
- Develop and validate Acceptance Test Procedures
- Support production through troubleshooting and debugging
- Oversee component library management
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Basic power electronics design principles (e.g. DC/DC converters, inverters, or power supplies)
- Familiarity with schematic capture, PCB layout tools, and basic hardware debugging skills
- Experience using simulation software like MATLAB, Simulink, or LTSPICE
DESIRABLE (NOT ESSENTIAL)
- Exposure to GaN or SiC devices in design or testing environments
- EMC/EMI awareness
- Experience with tools like SolidWorks or Altium
