Operations and Support Administrator
Responsibilities:
* Provides administrative support to our operations department.
* Assists with customer inquiries and provides exceptional support.
* Coordinates logistics for projects, including vendor management and procurement.
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient communication.
* Contributes to process improvement and streamlining operations.
Skills:
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail in administrative tasks and customer support.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP software preferred.

Hours:
* Monday - Friday 08:30am-5pm - 1 hour lunch each day
