Chef De Partie for a luxury Golf and Lodge resort

Join our team at a luxury golf and lodge resort just a few miles outside of our historic market town, currently undergoing major development. Upcoming developments include a new Members Bar in our beautifully situated Lake House, serving our Golf Members, Lodge Owners, Society Days and Private Events. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality dishes and exceptional service to our guests. Our resort features fresh produce, offering a unique dining experience. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Chef de Partie to help us achieve our culinary vision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and maintain kitchen and food hygiene/safety standards.
* Run your own section during service, ensuring high-quality dishes are produced.
* Support the Head Chef in creating and fine-tuning menus anddeveloping recipes.
* Assist in the training and management of junior staff.
* Ensure smooth kitchen operations and maintain high standards during service.
About You:
* Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
* L1 &L2 Food Safety Awards
* Hold a minimum NVQ L2 in Catering
* Knowledge and an understanding of COSHH and chemical safety
* Creative, kind, and caring with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to run your section efficiently during service.
* Passionate about progressing in your culinary career.
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
