We’re seeking a creative and results-driven B2B Social Media Campaign Manager to lead innovative campaigns for this landmark festival. The ideal candidate must have be able to ideate strongly on content strategy Your Role: Campaign Leadership: Develop and execute impactful social media campaigns across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels, focusing on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter). Content strategy and ideation: Demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and a strategic approach to ensure that content effectively meets business goals and connects with the audience. Strategic Impact: Drive social media reach, engagement, and conversions while integrating effective CRM strategies. Community Engagement: Cultivate a loyal community through active social listening and meaningful engagement. Collaborative Planning: Work closely with media agencies to create and implement comprehensive communication plans. Drive ROI and Engagement: Push ticket sales, early-bird sign-ups, sponsorship interest, speaker interest Required Experience: Proven track record in managing multi-channel B2B social media campaigns. Strong expertise in Paid Media, particularly on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X Demonstrated success in enhancing social media reach and engagement In-depth knowledge of community engagement and social listening techniques B2B Event and ticketing experience – HUGE advantage Skilled at ideation in content strategy: Creating a Content Calendar that contain s innovative concepts that align with the brand’s goals and audience needs.
