About the Senior Legal and Governance Officer role:
* Providing advice on a range of housing litigation matters, including; ASB, injunctions, staircasing
* Supporting two junior members in the team
* Leading on housing disrepair claims
* Assisting the Head of Legal where required
* Attending courts when needed

Experience required for the Senior Legal and Governance Officer role:
Previous experience in handling housing litigation matters is essential. Our client is flexible with experience from various sectors and encourage both non-qualified and qualified candidates to apply. Due to the court attendance, you must hold a driving license.
