You could be in a full time/part time role.
You would be working with the SEND provision, as an Learning Support Assistant (1:1 / Small Group Support) within a FE College in Radstock.
In this role, you would support learners in mainstream courses with their learning, providing class-based learning support.
You will have good communication skills and some experience of working with young people with learning difficulties/disabilities.
You work effectively as part of a team and can motivate and support young people.
Pay - £15 per hour on a temporary basis and up to £21k in a permanent position
