Position : Electrical Curriculum Manager
Location : Barnet and Southgate College
Reports To: Deputy Director
Responsible For: Curriculum Staff
Morgan Hunt is working with Barnet and Southgate College to recruit for an Electrical Curriculum Manager, Barent and Southgate College is committed to delivering high-quality education and training.
We are seeking a dynamic Curriculum Manager to lead and manage our dedicated curriculum staff. This role is integral to developing and maintaining an outstanding curriculum provision, ensuring that all learners receive an excellent quality learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage staff, ensuring effective organization and high standards.
2. Plan and implement learner selection and admission processes.
3. Monitor and support learner programs, including induction, tutorial support, and additional learning support.
4. Ensure effective discipline and management of students.
5. Manage and innovate curriculum development, including flexible and work-based learning programs.
6. Identify and stimulate the development of new courses to meet market needs.
7. Line manage curriculum posts, support staff, and ensure high team morale.
8. Monitor and develop the quality of teaching and learning, setting and achieving improvement targets.
9. Manage budget and resources effectively to ensure value for money.
Qualifications and Experienc e:
10. Educated to degree level or equivalent with a relevant professional qualification.
11. Full teaching qualification and management qualification (desirable).
12. Experience in curriculum development and management.
13. Proven ability to improve learner outcomes and manage performance.
14. Strong IT skills, including the use of interactive learning technology.
15. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
