We are recruiting for a Facilities Manager, responsible for providing facilities support service to the business across all sites, ensuring that the needs of the business, staff, contractors, and visitors are met.
What you can expect:
* Salary: circa £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
* Working hours: 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday (flexibility to cover out of hours)
* 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and an option to purchase additional holiday

What you will be doing:
* Working across the head office and warehouses
* Responsible for the management of the canteen, cleaning, facilities, and maintenance teams
* Carrying out site inspections
* Manage the Jira request system and contractor relationships
* Ensure an effective back-office function for the department
* Provide and record project planning details
* Out of hours response to emergency situations and hosting of contractors
* Ensure all teams and contractors adhere to H&S and COSHH regulations
* Ensure all internal and external areas of the sites are maintained to a high standard
* Work safely at all times, compliant with company Health & Safety policy and procedures
What we are looking for:
* Excellent people and communication skills
* Strong office administration skills
* Hands-on knowledge of a facilities role is desirable
* Budgeting skills
* Flexibility within the role
* Intermediate competency with MS Office and Google Suite
* Must have own transport and full driving licence
